I had a grand time stayin' here! The room was so comfy and tidy, and the hot water bath was a little slice of heaven after a day cycling. Just a pity about those midges, eh? Otherwise, a fantastic spot!

Exceptional hospitality and stunning views
My stay was incredibly memorable, thanks to the warm welcome with tea and homemade cakes upon arrival. The spacious room featured a comfy bed and a lovely seating area, perfect for enjoying the breathtaking views of the grounds. Breakfast was a highlight, with imaginative homemade dishes made with local ingredients that I couldn’t get enough of. One minor downside was the remote location making it a bit challenging to access other dining options without planning ahead.

Bathroom cleanliness lacked attention. Noise from nearby cows could be bothersome for some during certain times.

A fantastic stay with stunning views!
Had a lovely time! The hosts were super friendly, and the homemade breakfast was to die for—seriously, those pancakes were amazing! Our room was comfy, and the TV in the bathroom was a fun surprise for relaxing. One thing tho—shower pressure was a bit low, but overall, it didn’t ruin our stay.

Recommend it for a couple's getaway
I never thought I'd enjoy a complimentary dram of whisky waiting for me in the room after a long day outside. Those little touches, like a seat by the bay window to sip tea while watching the wildlife, made it feel like home.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but worth every penny.

Just a reliable pick for strolling around in Ballygrant with good value. The room had a small fridge stocked with milk, which was great for my late-night tea. Bring a book to enjoy the lovely view from the armchairs by the window.
